Predictions: 2011

      1. Three nations exit the European Monetary Union in a desperate attempt to save it. It works, with an amended agreement and stiffer regulations. Iceland sends its former Prime Minister to jail for his role in its financial collapse. Other finance ministers are under the “gun”.

2.   North and South Korea go to war after their war of words turns tactical. Seoul is destroyed, the North Korean Military annihilated by American missiles.

3.   Mortgage Mess 2 begins, or continues, according to your perspective, depressing housing prices even further, and generating more foreclosures. Helicopter Ben uses QE3 and QE4 to shore up major bank reserve balances to cover additional financial losses.

4.   More gangster banksters are indicted and go to jail for securities fraud.

5.   Ron Paul exposes the Federal Reserve ponzi scheme that has destroyed the American economy and transferred American wealth to China. Major CEO’s are arrested in pre-dawn raids and are paraded before the public. The crowds chant “crucify them, crucify them”!

6.   Secret government documents are released that show president’s Bush, Clinton, Bush, and Obummer are complicit in the conspiracy to dissolve America and the US Constitution into the North American Union as a prelude to a New World Order, and One World Government. Eventually, three go to jail for treason, one commits suicide.

7.   A new financial scandal exposed in Congress prompts physical attacks on its members as enraged citizens form “Star Chambers” and a “Constitutional People’s Court” at the state and local level to make examples out of the most corrupt elected officials.

8.   Massive government layoffs occur at the state and local level, as taxpayers revolt against additional taxes while Republicans refuse Obummer’s request for state and local financial bailouts for fear of their constituents.

9.   Demonstrations against illegal immigration intensify as taxpayers recognize the financial burden Illegals impose on the American worker, taxpayer, and family; and understand that this has been another scam by Big Brother to disenfranchise the middle class and impose the North American Union upon America. More Illegals go home but are not welcomed by their government who must feed them. Mexico asks the US for AID.

10.  End of year inflation reaches double digits when food and fuel are included in the stats.

11. Left wing Democrats, not wanting to be swept from power in 2012, craft a strategy to replace Obummer as their leader and Presidential candidate in a desperate bid to make room for Hillary to run against Palin, who the Democrats perceive as the strongest Republican presidential candidate for her ability to reach the independent voters who want “less government, lower taxes, and financial responsibility”.

12. Interest rates jump in the fourth quarter to quell rising consumption and inflation fears as consumers begin to “prep” or horde "en mass" against higher food prices, feared shortages and disaster in 12/21/2012. A toilet paper shortage develops.

13. Floods, hurricanes, drought, and disease kill millions of poor, sick, and elderly around the world. Hunger is widespread; riots in Africa for food and medicine.

14. Parts of Europe that come under threat of revolution face police-state crack downs. Illegals are deported as it is understood that “assimilation” is not possible and the great experiment has failed.

15. China uses more than 3 billion plastic bags per day next year, in 2011.

Christmas Magic: Jesus Christ Superstar

Whether you personally believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God: the Word of God made flesh, come to dwell among us and redeem us from our sins, or not; it doesn’t matter. The world believes. It celebrates His birth, death, and resurrection every year, and has for almost 2000 years. During this holiday season it celebrates His birth. Tens of thousands of believers will make the pilgrimage to Bethlehem of Judea to honor Him.

Jesus is the reason for the season: a baby wrapped in swadling clothes, lying in a manger, because there was no room for them in the Inn. He was adored by shepherds, angels, and wise men bearing gifts for the newborn King. They gave him physical gifts that symbolized the wealth of this world. He gave US an understanding of wealth in the next. He came to US as a baby and left as the Messiah; fulfilling His destiny and changing ours. He reconciled creature to Creator and gave US a new understanding of the relationship between ourselves: each to the other. Glory to the new born King!





This is a magical time of year when the most glorious hymns that celebrate His birth ring out from our Churches; and fill our hearts with joy, good will, and hope. Is there any music more beautiful and inspiring as a Christmas Carol that heralds His coming? For those of you who do not believe in Jesus Christ, but still believe in magic, Santa Claus, or Grandfather Frost, understand what magic truly is:

It is the Manifested Action of God In Creation.

                           

Christ was such a manifestation of God in creation; as much as the trees, the sea, and the stars. He was just like US, which is why it really does matter whether you believe or not. Jesus will have a personal relationship with you; a relationship that will grow, then sustain, and enlighten you depending upon the time and sincerity you invest in that relationship. He was just enough man to understand our predicament in the flesh, and more than enough aware of His own identity as a Spiritual Being, to lend His assistance to US and show US the way.

As someone who has been out of the body and in the Spirit, and face to face with this Spiritual Being, Jesus, I can testify to you that He is real, that He is the Living Word (Authority) of God, and that He died for our sins. I can testify to you that He took upon Himself the sins of this world because I was allowed to experience, His experience, if just for a nano second.

It was not an experience that I would want to repeat again, I promise you, which is why I no longer meditate upon the mysteries of the faith in my quiet time. For now I am content to be a believer based upon my personal encounter with Christ. My experience of His experience was for just a split second, but His experience on that cross lasted for three hours: which is why He is the reason for this season, and why we celebrate His birth.

                              

He is the Light of the World in its darkest hour, and He will be the Light in yours. Don’t believe what I say, seek Him for yourself. Wise men still seek Him. Seek, seek, seek. Knock, and the Door will be open to you.

In his traditional Christmas address to Cardinals and Bishops of the Catholic Church, Pope Benedict XVI, took the opportunity to deflect criticism of the Church for Pedophile Priests by suggesting that it only reflected the changing value of secular society that has labeled pedophilia an absolute evil, rather than part of a spectrum of behaviors that people in the 70’s refused to judge in the name of tolerance and relativism; saying:

“In the 1970’s, pedophilia was theorized as something fully in conformity with man and even with children”.

Wiki Leaks, Meet Bubba!

There has been a lot of chatter on the Web these days about Wiki Leaks and the publication on its Internet site of classified US Government cables. Many in the underground counter culture, including a core group of 9,000 hackers, and many more in the “Liberty Movement” support Julian Assange and his “first amendment right” to publish classified material, so that the American people and the people of the world can have truth, transparency, and full disclosure. Right; if only that were true.

Let me point out the bad news for his supporters so they don’t waste their money on his legal defense fund, which will surely emerge. First, Julian Assange is not an American citizen, but an Australian, so he doesn’t derive his rights from the United States Constitution; but once he is in US custody, that document will prevail, and he will be appointed lawyers if he cannot afford one.

I say “once he is in US custody” because make no mistake, the PTB will not allow Mr. Assange to embarrass them, and the United States of America, without consequences. The young PFC that provided Wiki Leaks with all of those documents will be punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice for his conduct: very bad news for our young PFC. He will probably receive twenty years in a military prison, like Leavenworth, in Kansas, to contemplate the errors of his youth. To believe that the PTB will punish its own citizen (and they will) and not pursue Mr. Assange would be naive.

At the moment, Mr. Assange is a free man in Britain facing potential extradition to Sweden on possible rape charges of two women in separate incidents; whether real or imagined, I do not know. But I am pretty certain that if Mr. Assange cannot arrange for passage to Venezuela or Bolivia before the 15th of January 2011, he will probably be in US custody, shortly thereafter. He currently is under house arrest on a 600 acre estate in England with an electronic ankle bracelet, so Mr. Assange is not going anywhere.

 I have no doubt that the shrewdest and most convoluted legal minds at the US Department of Justice are working overtime this weekend, to draft a maximum, multi-count indictment against Mr. Assange. FBI Agents and/or US Marshals have probably already been selected to travel to Britain after New Year’s to witness the arrest and take custody of Mr. Assange. Mr. Assange’s lawyer will of course fight extradition to the USA, but does anyone reading this post believe that Great Britain will deny the USA its pound of flesh?

Once in custody his fate is sealed. He will be labeled a “flight risk” on his American indictment for exiting Sweden to avoid arrest and questioning on the rape charges. That will be enough for an American judge to keep Mr. Assange in a federal, maximum security, prison in Virginia or Maryland without bail: somewhere populated by lots and lots of US Government workers who would be available for jury duty for his eventual trial.

I say for his eventual trial because the Mill of the Gods grinds slowly, but it grinds exceedingly fine. Bend over and kiss your ass goodbye, Mr. Assange. In the words of a memorable American song:

                you don't pull the mask off the old Lone Ranger;
                and you don't mess around with Slim!"

MERS: Fraud By Acronym

The lid has been taken off of the can of worms a.k.a. the “mortgage mess” and the label of the brand on the can is an acronym; MERS. MERS is an abbreviation for Mortgage Electronic Recording Systems, a company based in Reston Virginia and owned by the major commercial banks.

MERS is a repository for more than 30 million mortgage documents from mortgage loan transactions that are originated around the country.  It has 50 employees and 3,000 “member firms”. These member firms must be qualified mortgage companies and mortgage brokers that are required to submit their documents through the system.

MERS has been at the heart of the fraudulent mortgage foreclosure process that plagues the nation. The business motto of the company, and its mission, is to “Process loans, not paperwork”. There in lies the crux of the problem, because the devil is always in the details. In the case of MERS, it has relied upon the “qualified employees” of its member firms to process the nation’s foreclosures that it holds.

This reliance upon its member firms to provide proper foreclosure documents, has led to unbelievable errors, mistakes, abuses, and outright fraud by “robosigners” representing its member firms: who are reviewing and approving documents for the foreclosure process which they haven’t read, and in most cases are not qualified by the requisite education, training, and experience to analyze. The result: incompetence and chaos.

In addition to the incompetence and chaos which has ensued, Americans can now add fraud to the laundry list of violations that MERS has committed. It should come as no surprise to US as MERS is a creation of the major commercial banks. The major commercial banks set up MERS to replace the formal recording process to facilitate trading in these mortgages and increase their profits, yet again. In doing so, they disregarded the laws in the states where these mortgages were originated and avoided the filing fees required at the state and county level.

In Essex County, Massachusetts alone, just one county out of many thousands in the United States, it is estimated that MERS has circumvented $10 million in fees that rightfully belong to the county. The Attorney General for the State of Massachusetts, Martha Coakley, is investigating.

America, the excesses and insatiable greed of the Bankster Gangsters has destroyed the economy of the United States. The Drake Equation

Frank Drake, an astronomer at Cornell University was such a man, and devised a mathematical model for estimating the statistical probability of intelligent life evolving upon other planets and the possibility of communicating with it. His formula, appropriately named after him, states that:

The great thing about this formula is that you can provide your own numbers. Scientists estimate approximately 200 billion stars exist in the Milky Way Galaxy, and that was before recent speculation that brown dwarf stars may be much more prolific than previously thought; increasing the number of stars, and therefore, the number of possible planets where intelligent life might arise.

Once you have estimated the number of possible planets in the Milky Way Galaxy that could conceivably host intelligent life and create a civilization that is both detectable and is technologically advanced enough to communicate across the vast distances of space; then you can multiply that result by the estimated 100 billion galaxies in the Universe to determine whether intelligent life exists somewhere else.

Thursday’s Wall Street Journal reported that Goldman Sachs, the investment bank at the heart of the financial collapse in 2008 – 2009, is donating $20 million to a network of 1100 non-profit organizations that provide job training and family assistance to wounded veterans. This contribution increases the total amount provided to Goldman Sachs Gives to $212 million since its inception in 2007. Caribou Barbie bags a stag in the latest episode of Sarah Palin’s Alaska. Granted it took four or five shots as the rifle Sarah initially used to bag the buck was shooting high. As a Marine Corp Viet Nam Vet I can appreciate the quandary. It was a pleasant surprise to see her misses and I was amazed that a couple of them were not cut from the tape in editing. I don’t think Marlin Perkins ever missed a shot, even if it was only a tranquilizer gun.

Every Marine recruit is a rifleman first. Marines are great shots because they practice, practice, and practice some more. No, they don’t practice shooting, they practice aiming! When I was in Boot Camp we spent two weeks at the Rifle Range: shooting? No, “Snapping In”!

Snapping In is Marine Corp jargon for aiming. It’s practicing aiming your weapon in the basic positions that a rifleman may find himself in combat: standing, sitting, kneeling, and laying in the prone position.

For more than a week we tightened the slings on our rifles, assumed the positions, and aimed our sights at a white barrel just a few feet away with little, teeny, tiny, black targets on it: about the size of your thumb, as I recall. And for a week, we looked down the barrel of our rifles through the open sites of an M-14 at those teeny, tiny, black targets and practiced our BRASS: breathe, relax, aim, slack, squeeze. Bang! You ‘re dead!

Once we got to the range, those big red targets 200, 300, and 500 yards away, looked like the side of a barn compared to those teeny, tiny, black targets on that white barrel. At 200 yards we adjusted our weapons and got comfortable with live fire; at 300 yards another click on the windage knob and I was nearly perfect: bulls eye after bulls eye. It began to attract the attention of my DI. At 500 yards another minor click and bang, rack ’em up and set ‘em down! Pinwheels!

After a half dozen pinwheels at five hundred yards with an M-14 and open sights, my DI stepped over to the Firing Line where I was at and asked to see my weapon. I passed it over to him making sure to keep it pointed down range. He knelt down next to me, looked the weapon over, and said quietly under his breath: “Many more of those and the Marine Corp will make you a sniper and send you out in the jungle alone to collect trophies.” With that he spun my windage knob throwing the weapon off totally, and handed the weapon back to me. My next shot? “Maggies Drawers”, a total miss! I never did get another pinwheel. So Sarah I do understand your misses, and I like how you handled them: all of them. If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, again.

That’s the American way. Tell your left wing critics to “Kiss your ass!”

What really galls your critics, Sarah, is that they see in you a real foe. Someone from Middle America who will confront the political and financial elite; that cannot only challenge them on principle, policy, character, and charisma, but has the secret ingredient all of our great Presidents have had: grit, true grit, the mark of a true leader. Drug Queen Exonerated!

News out of Mexico City last Friday heralded the acquittal of the reputed Pacific Drug Queen, Sandra Avila Beltran, on drug trafficking charges. Since her arrest and imprisonment in late September 2007, Beltran has maintained her innocence from prison, claiming that she was “just a housewife” and that her lavish lifestyle was financed by “selling clothes” and “renting houses”. Of course!

Beltran is the niece of Miguel Angel Felix Gallardo, identified as the Godfather of Mexican drug smuggling who is serving a 40 year sentence in Mexico for drug smuggling and the murder of DEA agent Enrique Camarena. Juan Jose Quintero Payan, another uncle, has been extradited to the US on drug charges. It would seem that drug smuggling runs in the family.

 Beltran’s boyfriend, Juan Diego Espinoza Ramirez, was reportedly, second in command of the Colombian cartel, Norte del Val.  Ramirez was expedited to the United States in February of 2008. Beltran still faces extradition to the United States on drug smuggling charges.

Intelligence provided to SHTF America indicates that Beltran has spent the past ten years working her way to the top of the Narco Terrorist business; first on her back seducing top Narco Terrorists and then, that she, or someone who looks remarkably like her, has also executed rivals or failures along the way.

One failure was eliminated in a execution style shot to the head with a revolver, and the other with a shotgun blast to the victim's face. Our intelligence source indicated that particular incident occurred at a restaurant or hotel dining room and that the victim understood what was coming, and covered his face with his hands so as not to see the blast.

A number of witnesses were present in each instance, which may account for her acknowledgement by the Mexican public as a top capo in the Cartel. A little fear goes a long way, and there's nothing like a ruthless bitch at the top who will kill you on a whim, to instill fear into the members of a gang, or the public.

As 75% of all drug dealers arrested in Mexico are released, and only 2% of organized crime arrests in Mexico result in a conviction, it is no surprise that Mexican Judge Fernando Cordova del Valle ruled that the Prosecution failed to provide sufficient evidence to convict Beltran, a top decision maker in the Sinaloa Gang.

No doubt that it is also a reason the cops in Mexico look the other way. I mean really, what is the point? If the Judges in Mexico are too afraid to step up and support their legal system, why should the cops risk their life for the system? You keep your head and you get to keep your job and support your family. Or is that the other way around in Mexico? Bottom line? Justice will be served in the United States.

The sophistication and complexity of the technology employed with the Worm suggests that only a major Cyber Power like the United States or Israel could have ordered the hit.

So sophisticated, that it was designed to escape and then evade detection if discovered; it was programmed to penetrate the most complex security systems and then disappear after completing its mission: the destruction of the Iranian nuclear program. It targeted the nuclear processing facility controls at Natanz and then the turbine at Bashehr. In addition to setting the Iranian  nuclear program back a year or two, the worm has likely infected hundreds of thousands of computers within the Iranian military industrial complex, where it lies dormant; for now.

War between Israel and Iran, which seemed imminent this past summer, is now on hold as SHTF America predicted on October 16th. The emnity has not ceased, in fact it has been exacerbated by the assasination of two of Iran's top nuclear experts in recent weeks. But for now, the world has avoided nuclear war.

Iran has been forced to regroup and reassess its priorities. The priority of the Supreme Council of the Ayatollahs is to prevent "regime change". Look for the agreements between Iran and the UN in the coming weeks as we predicted. Afterall, Peace is the Spirit of the Season.
